What is a WELL

Career Coach?

A WELL Career Coach is a woman who has learned to navigate the path to leadership as a PK-12 Central Office Administrator. Typically, a PK-12 District Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or a Director (CTE, Curriculum, etc.) – a WELL Career Coach has learned a lot along the way. Working as a WELL Career Coach, she can give back and help accelerate your career by offering professional advice and guidance while advocating, mentoring, and investing her time in helping you to reach your goals.
