About WELL
WELL - Women Educators Leading Learning, is for professional women looking to enter, develop, and accelerate their careers as school educational administrators. If you’re contemplating or navigating a career in PK-12 school district administration and you’re interested in being part of our dynamic community of leaders, we’re here to help. WELL seeks to foster the pipeline of women leaders in education through carefully structured offerings and support systems that promote equity in this field that needs great leaders.
We are women who educate. We are leaders in learning. We are women who support each other. We are advocates and Career Coaches for women who want to make themselves the best leaders they can be. Join us today.
We want you to do WELL.
We hold conferences, seminars, and workshops in addition to a series of BOOK TALK events and a WELL Book Club. WELL also offers structured, individualized Career Coaching – connecting experienced women with early- and mid-career women who are starting in or considering a position in a school district central office as Educational Leaders, Business Administrators, Directors, Assistant-Superintendents, CTE Leaders, and Superintendents. We are a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization and our Career Coaching and conference fees are often eligible for grant or district reimbursement.
